HAYES MOTEL


Hayes Motel was originally owned by the Hayes family. It was purchased by my Father in the late 60's and operated as a rooming house until the early 90's when my brother, Philip German a CPA failed to pay the property taxes. The DC Government sold the propert for the taxes that was unpaid. My Father would be proud of his CPA son for taking such good care of the business he worked so hard for.
